Agiles Innovation Management is a platform made available by João Thiago de Guimarães Anchieta e Araujo Campos, a self-employed professional. The operator’s name and contact details are provided below.

These Terms cover access to the website, user accounts, organizations, projects, and tools offered through the platform, including third-party features accessed from it.

2. Acceptance and changes to these Terms

When creating an account or using features that require sign-in, users should read and comply with these Terms. If they disagree, they should stop using the relevant features and contact support when necessary.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, security, or the service. The version and revision date will appear here. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

3. Registration, access and account security

Information supplied for registration and use of an account should be accurate and up to date. Each user is responsible for protecting their credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized use.

Accounts and permissions are personal. Improper password sharing, access to organizations without permission, or attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

Requirements concerning minors, representation and consent will be observed according to applicable law and the feature being used.

4. Organizations, roles and permissions

Agiles uses four functional roles: Collaborator, Analyst, Manager and Principal Manager. Access to projects and features depends on the user’s role, active organization memberships and assignments.

Managers and Principal Managers should administer invitations, permissions and organizational information responsibly. Holding an Agiles account does not automatically provide access to other organizations.

Platform roles do not, by themselves, determine who is a data controller or processor under data protection law.

5. Projects, information and collaboration

Users and organizations are responsible for the legitimacy of information, files, ideas and other content they choose to enter or share through Agiles, including their authority to disclose third-party data.

By submitting content to the platform, its owner permits the technical processing needed for hosting, organization, display to authorized participants and operation of the tools used or contracted, without automatically transferring intellectual property ownership.

Project visibility and assignments should be checked before sharing confidential information. The platform does not replace nondisclosure agreements or other agreements between participants.

6. Responsible use

Agiles must not be used for fraud, harassment, discrimination, spam, infringement of third-party rights, security exploitation, unauthorized access or unlawful content.

Users must not compromise the security, availability or integrity of the platform or use other participants’ data beyond legitimate collaboration purposes.

Users must comply with applicable law, their permission limits, and others’ intellectual property and privacy rights.

7. Messaging, Google Meet and external services

Agiles may provide links to WhatsApp and Telegram and allow meetings to be created through Google Calendar and Google Meet using a central Google account dedicated to the platform’s operation.

Video availability, duration limits, entry requirements, host permissions and link validity also depend on Google’s rules and technical conditions. Messaging services are subject to their respective providers’ terms.

Ending or removing a meeting association in Agiles does not necessarily end an active call or delete the corresponding Google Calendar event. Participants should use meeting links only for projects they are permitted to access.

8. Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data, including identities, organization memberships and meeting links, is described in the Agiles Privacy Policy and should be considered alongside these Terms.

Organizations and participants should limit personal data entered into the platform to what is necessary for their activities and respect applicable confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Please also see the Agiles Privacy Policy.

9. Brands, software and intellectual property

Agiles names, brands, interfaces, visual elements and components are protected under relevant laws, subject to third-party rights and applicable licenses.

Use of the platform does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, commercially exploit or modify its proprietary code or elements without authorization beyond what is allowed by law or a specific license.

Ideas, content and contributions submitted by users and organizations do not automatically become the property of the Agiles operator. Rights among participants should be addressed by their applicable agreements.

10. Plans, features and commercial conditions

Agiles may offer free participation options and features associated with particular plans or conditions, as specified in the offers and information actually presented at the time of contracting.

Prices, billing periods, included features, usage limits, payment methods and cancellation rules should be disclosed before any paid purchase. Viewing a plan or joining a waiting list does not itself trigger an automatic charge.

Rights under consumer protection law and other applicable rules remain unaffected.

11. Operation, maintenance and limitations

The Agiles operator aims to keep the service operational and secure, but interruptions may arise from maintenance, technical faults, infrastructure, security incidents or third-party services.

The platform may evolve, receive fixes or have features changed, subject to commitments made and legally protected rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Organizations should maintain suitable copies of documents and information essential to their activities.

12. Security measures, suspension and termination

Where there are indications of fraud, security risks, abuse or violations of these Terms, proportionate preventative measures, restrictions or suspensions may be taken, with case-by-case assessment and compliance with applicable law.

Requests concerning accounts, access or data deletion may be sent to support. Responses will consider data subject rights, technical needs and any legal retention obligations.

Ending an account or organization membership does not necessarily mean all records can be deleted immediately when a legitimate retention basis applies.

13. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are interpreted under applicable Brazilian law, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where relevant, consumer protection provisions.

Questions or disputes may first be sent to support, without restricting access to competent authorities or the courts. No clause limits non-waivable statutory rights.
